Welcome to the registration form for Heading SouthWest #06
We are an unsupported bikepacking challenge: there is no external assistance and no support, including no pick-up/transportation provided by the organization of participants who withdraw along the route.
Heading SouthWest '27 will be held between 20-26 June 2027. The mandatory Briefing Session will be on Saturday 19th June 2027 (afternoon) in Bragança and the departure on Sunday 20th June 2027 (morning).
The registration has a 'first come, first served' approach and it will remain open until the number of available spots is reached. This application form includes a few personal details and some questions to help us get to know you better and understand what motivates you to take on this adventure.
For the sake of simplification, safety, and consistency with our non-competitive approach, all participants will be in the same participation category - and allowed to ride alone, in pair or in groups (riding in group does not mean drafting).
Before filling out the form, please make sure you are familiar with our principles and understand how the registration system works. Read the MANIFESTO and the GUIDELINES — you will find everything about Heading SouthWest event.
After submission of the form, you will receive:
- In a few minutes: an automatic email confirming the reception by the organization of your registration.
- In 24 hours: our "human" replying email with the payment details for bank transfer. Registration is completed after payment.
